1. Enquiry & Quote
Before starting to work with a new client, we will first understand what are the requirements and expectations of our clients.
We will help our clients determine the most suitable material to be used for production and provide a quotation for the project.
2. Moulding
Next, if required, we will support our clients in designing and making the mould required for their customised product.
Before moving on to production, we would also produce some samples with the mould to ensure the end product is exactly what our clients are expecting.
3. Production, Testing & Labelling
After ensuring our client is satisfied with the mould and sample product, we will come up with a timeline and begin production with the determined materials.
Our operation team will ensure the quality of the products by conducting hourly inspection as well as drop and leak tests.
We also provide labelling services such as shrink wrapping and sticker pasting before packing and storing the products away.
4. Storage & Delivery
Finally, the products are stored carefully on our facilities and ready for delivery by our dedicated logistic team.
